[Position]
Shinhan Alternative Investment Management Inc. (“SAIM”) is looking for a highly capable and motivated intern(s) to join the Real Estate & Structured Finance team. The intern will assist investment professionals in fund administration, market monitoring, and investment due diligence.

[Team]
Real Estate & Structured Finance Team (“RESF”)
RESF invests and manages domestic/overseas real estate debt & equity, corporate finance, other structured finance products including private debt, asset backed securities, Fund of Fund etc,

[Timing]
The internship is expected to commence as soon as possible and will expire within 3 months. Extension is possible depending on business needs and candidate’s availability.

[Responsibilities]
- Perform in-depth research on target assets and market dynamics
- Assist in preparing investment memorandum and project teasers
- Assist day-to-day operations and fund administration duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as necessary

[Qualifications]
- Currently pursuing undergraduate degree at top-tier academic institutions
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytic and quantitative skills
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Prior internship experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking, asset management, accounting firm highly preferred but not required
