[Overview of role]
Institutional sales support is responsible for submission of both regular and ad hoc reports. At the same time, it is crucial to offer prompt and effective response to clients’ request.
The requests, for example, include coordinating the successful end to end take on of new clients (full KYC profile on new clients/distributing channel, account opening, rebate agreement), translating product pitch material and updating weekly/monthly performance.
The role is also responsible for supporting drafting RFI and RFP when relationship is made with new clients and Insurance business.

- To support drafting ad-hoc & regular institutional RFI, RFP, DD.
- As a client take on manager, coordinate the successful end to end take on of new clients.
- Provide support on ad-hoc requests for both potential and existing clients.
- To support sales & AUM number recording and management of institutional business.
- Update fund performance reports at every week/month end.
- Support implementation of Group projects in Korea.
- Support internal tasks within institutional department (GIA preparation, seminar preparation, sending invoice etc.).
- Others instructed by head of institutional sales.

[Essential Skills]
- Relevant working experience in financial institution is preferred
- Knowledge of finance to understand the market
- Passion as well as teamwork spirit
