Branch Operations Analyst in AM Operations

Description of job responsibilities
o Processing daily trades and settlements for both domestic and overseas funds
o Handling subscriptions and redemptions through KSD
o Booking transactions for Alternative funds into the fund accounting system
o Submitting regulatory reports and regional reports in time
o Conducting regular asset reconciliations with custodian
o Monitoring the vendor’s activity and daily NAV calculation process
o Supporting VRM(Vendor Risk Management) process
o Responding to regular external governance audit
o Addressing and mitigating issues raised by Group Audit

Your Profile
o Minimum of 3 years or more experience in financial industry, preferably from asset management companies
o Sound knowledge of asset management business and investment products
o Able to work under pressure
o Strong organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
o Strong communication skill in both Korean and English (Preferred but not required)
