Job Description
The Real Estate Transactions Officers sources acquisitions, underwrites and evaluates the acquisition, negotiates the agreement, coordinates the due diligence process and also takes responsibility for closing the real estate transaction. They are responsible for executing all capital market activity as it relates to financing of the properties. The Real Estate Transactions Officer will also have responsibility for executing on property dispositions, in line with guidance from the Portfolio Manager. Where the role has team management responsibilities, the Real Estate Transactions Officer will have management oversight for the Transactions team and for all real estate transaction activities outlined above.

Qualifications
o Min. 7 years of relevant experience with strong independent working capabilities
o Strategic thinking for business development
o Team player characteristics required
o Fluently speaking in English and Korean
o Good communication and influencing skills
